Sometimes we need to take a closer look at your Senta to find a solution.
To allow this, go to Help & support>Allow access by Senta support team. Only users with administrator access have the ability to do this.
While Senta has access, a spanner symbol will be lit in the navigation bar.
We will let you know when we have resolved the issue.
It is important to remember to disallow support access once we are done.
