The new client portal is now available for beta testing, either for all of your clients, or just a selected few.


Go to Settings > General settings > Extras


Turn on the portal for all clients


To turn on the client portal for all users, toggle On for the feature "New client portal".



Turn on the portal for selected clients


To turn on the client for selected users, toggle On for the feature "New client portal preview".



To then turn the portal on for specific contacts of certain clients, go to the contacts tab on a client page and click Enable new portal under "Senta client portal access".



Turn on the deadlines feature


There is also an option to turn on the "deadlines" area in the portal.



This is an area in the portal where clients can view any upcoming deadlines.




To set up a deadline in your site, go to Settings > Jobs and select the relevant job.



Go to the Dates tab and click on the relevant date.



Click Yes under "Show as deadline", and enter a title for the deadline. This is what the deadline will be called when a client views it in the portal.
