There are a number of reasons why a client might have difficulty signing in to the portal. Below we list the most common reasons, but if you go through these points and your client still cannot sign in, please contact email@example.com
Using wrong email address to sign in
Your client may be using the wrong email address to sign in. Check whether the email address they are trying to sign in with matches the email address linked against their contact info in Senta.
If your client forgets their password, you or they can reset their password by going to the login page for your site.
Click Forgotten password.
Enter your client's email address, and click Send email. We will send them an email which includes a link they can follow to reset their password.
Tip: If your client can access the portal using their Gmail account, they can also sign in via Google.
