By building a Zap in Zapier, you can make external processes happen automatically when changes are made to your Senta Jobs

If you haven’t already done so, make sure to turn on the Zapier integration in Senta - see Connecting Senta to Zapier.

You'll then need to log into your Zapier account (www.zapier.com) to begin making Zaps.

In each case you can start the Zap with a Job 'trigger' event from Senta, and then use it to trigger processes in any of other apps that Zapier supports.

To get started:

Click 'Make a Zap' from the Zapier home screen

Choose Senta as the starting app, and select from the available Job triggers:

Choose the Senta account you want to link the Zap to:

Click 'Test trigger' to pull in data from the a recent Job

You can then set up the details for your follow on Action. So in this example, we'll set it to Send a custom Channel Message in Slack:

Finally you'll be able to test your Zap, and then switch it on. From that point on every time the Job trigger you set up happens on your Senta workspace, the follow on Action you created will happen automatically.
