It's possible to export information from the client list to a .csv file - Useful for when you're creating external records and audits.


Please note: exporting client data is restricted to admin user types.


Open the Client List:



Order or filter the clients list if necessary to display the clients you need. You can find more information on how to order and filter the clients list here.


Select the clients you want to be included in the export.



Click on Actions and select Export.



You will be presented with the option to export either the visible columns or all of the data available for that client.


A .CSV file will then download to your default location.


Please note: exporting all data will export all of the client data plus the primary contact data. This will not include any additional contacts by default.
