Using the integration
Prior to, or at the beginning of, creating a proposal you need to link the GoProposal contact to Senta. There are three options:
- Search for an existing client/prospect in Senta using the search bar at the beginning of the proposal.
- Add a new contact at the beginning of the proposal (this will create a new prospect in your Senta workspace).
- Add a new contact to the GoProposal Contact Hub and link this contact to an existing prospect or client in Senta. (See GoProposal's guide on How to set up your contact hub)
Whenever a contact accepts a proposal in GoProposal, a prospect will be converted to a client and any services that the contact has agreed to will be selected for the client.
If you create an annual renewal proposal in GoProposal, any new services will be added to the client in Senta. Any services they have previously agreed to will continue to be turned on for the client in Senta. If the client chooses to discontinue any services, you will need to unselect them from the client's services tab in Senta.
Please note: when a proposal is accepted in GoProposal the update in Senta can take up to 15 minutes.
