If you or your client forget your password and cannot access your Senta site, it is easy to request a password reset.
Go to your Senta url. If you are resetting your password for your own account, you will automatically be taken to your sign in page: https://example.senta.co/a/i/a
If you are resetting your password for a client, log out of your site and you will be taken to your sign in page.
Click on "Forgotten password?" underneath the sign in fields.
Enter the email address you normally use to access your Senta site in the email address field.
If you are resetting the password for your client, enter the email address that you have set up their portal activation with.
Click on "Send email". This will send a link to the relevant email address, so that yourself or your client can reset their password.
