You're expecting to see your Tasks but can't? There can be a variety of reasons for this, but usually it's one of the following:

  1. The task is assigned to someone else. To check this, look at the client's “Work” tab and check where the Task is. Or, look on the “Your tasks” view and change the person from you to Everyone. You can see all Tasks and might find that someone has been given your Task.

  2. It's not started yet. Senta only shows tasks that you need to worry about, i.e. that have started. It might be that your Job is in the list but just isn't being shown because it's not time yet. You can check this by looking at either the client's Work tab or Your tasks. Change Starting today to Starting any time. Any future Tasks that Senta has will be shown.
