If you change your practice's email provider, changing your details in Senta just takes a couple of minutes.


If you switch email providers in Senta, any emails previously saved against clients will continue to display. After switching accounts, it will take Senta a couple of hours to sync emails in from the new provider.


Switching from SMTP/IMAP to Gmail


Go to Settings > General settings > Email


Switch "Send & Receive via SMTP/IMAP" to "Off", and "Send & Receive via Gmail" to "On".



Each user in the practice will then need to connect their own Gmail account to Senta, by following the instructions from the "Setting up Gmail integration" section in the following guide.




Switching from Gmail to SMTP/IMAP


Go to Settings > General settings > Email


Switch "Send & Receive via Gmail" to "Off", and "Send & Receive via SMTP/IMAP" to "On".



Each user in the practice will then need to update their own email settings in Senta, by following the instructions from the "Setting up Outlook, Exchange Office365 & other email integrations" section in the following guide.
