If a user changes their email settings - e.g. their password - through your email provider, then their account may stop connecting to Senta.
To resolve this, all the user needs to do is deauthorise then reauthorise their email account in Senta.
Deauthorising email accounts
To do this, they need to click on Your account > Your profile.
Go to the 'Email' tab and click to disallow Senta from reading your email.
Reauthorising email accounts
Click on Your account > Your profile.
Go to the 'Email' tab, click to allow Senta to read your email.
This will take the user through to a screen where they can connect their email account to Senta.
