Whenever you change your email address in your Outlook or Gmail account you will also have to change your email in Senta. Follow the few steps below to learn how to do this.
Changing your email address in Senta is really easy. First, go to Your account > Your profile > General tab and update your details in the Email address field:
Next, click on the Email tab and update your email address in the incoming and outgoing mail user name:
Once that's done, you can update the incoming and outgoing mail password:
Click the Save button at the top of the page to save changes.
Don't forget to update your email address in your personal or/and practice email footer and if you are the Practice manager and the billing contact for the company, please remember to email support@senta.co to notify our team of the email address change.
