Whenever you change your email address in your Outlook or Gmail account, you must also change your email in Senta. Follow the few steps below to learn how to do this.


To update your email address in Senta, head to Your Account> Your Profile > General tab and type in your new email address in the Email address field. 

                                                                                                                              


Click the Save button at the top of the page to save changes.


The process is identical for both Office 365 and Gmail accounts. After updating the information for your new email account, you need to authorize Senta to access that account. To do this, click on the Email tab and select the Reauthorize option.



You will see a pop-up asking you to sign in to the 'new' account. Be careful not to select the 'old' account by mistake. 


Don't forget to update your email address in your personal or/and practice email footer and if you are the Practice manager and the billing contact for the company, please remember to email support@senta.co to notify our team of the email address change.
