There are several different tab types you can add to your forms. They will each display certain fields from within Senta automatically.
TABLE OF CONTENTS
Introduction
For the most part, you will probably just be using the 'Form' tab type, however if you wish to restructure your client records or create break-out forms for clients, it can be useful to understand the properties of the various tab types.
All of the available tab types in Senta are used in the default Client Details form, which can be found by going to:
Settings > Forms
Master Forms > Client Details

Emails
This tab will show a list of email threads with a client.
Once you integrate your email service with Senta, the system will scan your email folders and will display any current and
historical email communication between your practice and any client's contacts email addresses. You can exchange email communication directly from the email tab without the need to log in to your email service.

This will show a list of contacts for a client.
You can add multiple contacts for a client by going to Contacts > Edit > Add contact
You can also send both ad hoc emails and ad hoc texts via the Contacts tab if you enter a valid email address and mobile phone number for your Contact.
AML checks for your contacts are also performed through the Contacts tab. Our guide to the AML check feature explains in detail how this feature works.
Furthermore, In order for a client to be able to use the Client Portal, you will need to activate them via the Contacts tab. The client will receive an email inviting them to set up a password in order to access their Senta account.
Additional actions tab that you can perform via the Contacts tab is the option to create an Individual type of client from an existing contact
You can also link those 2 contacts together so your client can seamlessly switch between their Client portal profiles as Individual and as a Contact of another client. For example, you might interact with an individual who is a contact on a client company, say, a director, and yet is also a private client for their own personal tax return.
